Contribute to Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa, Inc. must rely on contributions from individuals, the private sector and foundations to subsidize 140,000 additional meals this year, serving over 500 additional frail homebound elders each day throughout Contra Costa County.

Contribute By Mail

Contribute Online

You can easily make a one-time, monthly, or quarterly credit card contribution to Meals on Wheels. Credit card fees are underwritten, so 100% of your online gift goes to feed homebound elders. Online contributions are processed through a secure third-party administrator. Your credit card statement will read "LIC ORG". A receipt for your tax-deductible gift will be mailed promptly.

Donate a Vehicle

You can donate an extra car, truck or RV to Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa and receive a tax deduction. Simply select the vehicle donation button to the right, or call 1-866-322-1778, and let V-DAC (Vehicle Donations to Any Charity) guide you through the process.

Gifts in Honor or Memory of

Contributions may be made in honor or in memory of a loved one or friend. We will send an appropriate hand written acknowledgment of your generous gift to the honoree or family per your wishes.

Corporate Sponsorships

Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa will work with your corporation to develop opportunities for corporate sponsorships of Meals on Wheels, which provide both meaningful support for program services and public recognition for your company. Planned Giving

Please include Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa, Inc. in your estate plans. Donors may make gifts to Meals on Wheels while they are alive, or make gifts that will come to Meals on Wheels upon their death, or at some time in the future. Such planned gifts offer donors the opportunity to accomplish both their charitable and estate planning goals. Planned giving options include: Life Trusts; Charitable Remainder Trusts; Charitable Lead Trusts; and Pooled Income Funds.
